Who owns the photos?
KorVisuals (the photographer) is the rightful copyright owner of the images taken, indicated by the KorVisuals watermark stamped on each of the photos we take. Unless upon a written agreement, the copyright is not transferred to any other parties. For licensing inquiries, please contact us.
Real Estate Image Rights
Who can use the photos, and for how long?
A licensing agreement of digital and printed advertisement as means of promotion for the real estate/properties photographed are permitted to the original agent/realtor/person that paid for the service, and is valid only for the duration the property is listed for sale.
The license may not be reused or sold to another agent/realtor/person. Failure to pay for property images will result in copyright infringement and violation, and you will be asked to remove any advertisements using the images (digital or print). Legal action will be pursued if use is continued.
We do offer the ability to repurchase photos from previous listings. If you are looking to purchase photos from a previous listing, please contact us. Do not contact the agent/realtor/previous user of the photos.
Contractor Image Rights
For homebuilders, homeowners, and others.
Please obtain a photo release from the homeowner(s) of the property, and contact us for licensing information.
Re-Shoots
What if the photos did not turn out as I expected?
Please note that we photograph listings in “as is” conditions. Please make sure home is prepared by viewing our recommended Prep List.
For liability, we do not handle any cleaning, dusting, or moving of furniture.
We do our best to make sure your listing looks as presentable as possible with basic post-production editing.
Requests for: re-shoots due to unpreparedness, weather, additional photoshopping, or photo retouching may result in additional fees.
However, if you are not satisfied with our work, we will happily re-shoot the listing at no additional charge.
